(Crewe, 01 February 2018)  Bentley Motors has been recognised as a Top Employer for the seventh consecutive year, reflecting the company’s investment and focus on personal development, future talent and employee conditions.  

The award - presented by the Top Employers Institute - highlighted Bentley’s emphasis on continuous improvement, employee conditions and dedication to the company’s 4,000-strong workforce.      


Commenting on the achievement, Dr. Astrid Fontaine, Member of the Board for People, Digitalisation & IT, said:

The annual international research - undertaken by the Top Employers Institute - recognises leading employers around the world, which provide excellent working conditions, make every effort to continuously enhance recruitment processes and nurture and develop talent throughout all levels of the business.


In a demonstration of the company’s commitment to future talent, Bentley Motors is currently launching its latest recruitment campaign for Apprentices, Undergraduates and Graduates, covering all business areas. The new cohort, starting in autumn 2018 will join the 250 people already on trainee programmes.  

Looking even further ahead, Bentley is playing a pivotal role in the Crewe Engineering and Design University Technical College. The school offers an inspiring education for 14-18 year olds seeking a pathway to future employment.
