Bentley announces Dave Hayter as new regional director in Asia Pacific

• Dave Hayter named Bentley Regional Director for Asia Pacific, bringing nearly 40 years of Bentley experience

• Reinforces Bentley’s commitment to sustainable growth, luxury customer experience, and regional expansion

(Singapore / Crewe, 21 January 2026) Bentley Motors today announced the appointment of Dave Hayter as Regional Director for Asia Pacific, strengthening the marque’s leadership team at a pivotal moment for regional growth.

Dave brings nearly four decades of experience with Bentley and will oversee all brand, commercial, and network activities across key Asia Pacific markets in close collaboration with Bentley’s global sales and marketing organisation. Earlier in his career, he played a key role in establishing Bentley’s Asia Pacific National Sales Companies in Singapore and South Korea, giving him long-standing insight into the region’s luxury customer base and evolving retail landscape.

Throughout his career, Dave has held senior leadership roles across the Middle East and Asia, supporting new market entries, distributor development, and the launch of dedicated Bentley facilities, all underpinned by a commitment to sustainable growth and aftersales excellence. 

As Regional Director, he will lead operations across a diverse portfolio of markets, spanning established luxury hubs and emerging growth territories, while working closely with Bentley’s specialist retail partners.
