(Crewe, 15 January 2026) Bentley Motors is pleased to announce it has been recognised as a UK Top Employer for the 15th consecutive year by the internationally renowned Top Employers organisation. Active in 131 countries, the institute is the global authority in HR certification, benchmarking and advisory. The programme is based on the results of an HR best practices survey which covers six domains that includes people strategy, work environment and talent acquisition.

This is an incredible achievement reflecting Bentley’s ability to adapt and thrive during periods of significant transformation in the automotive industry while also implementing innovative practices that enhance the workplace for colleagues.
