Andreas Lehe joined Bentley Motors in September 2023 as Member of the Board for Manufacturing, a crucial role as the company prepares for an electric future. 

Bentley’s Beyond100+ business strategy includes a significant investment to transform the Crewe site into a ‘Dream Factory’, as the company prepares for electric vehicle production and aims to set a new benchmark in next generation, high-value manufacturing operations. Andreas' blend of strategic insight, manufacturing expertise, and proven leadership enables him to drive this transformation while also preserving the craftmanship and quality that defines Bentley.

Prior to his current role, Andreas served as Head of Strategic Planning at Audi AG, where he was part of evolving Audi’s production strategies and advancing the digitisation of production and logistics across its global network. His tenure at Audi also included several key positions at Audi Mexico such as Managing Director of Production and Logistics from 2017 – 2018 and CEO - Chairman of the Board of Directors from 2019 – 2020. A highlight of his time at Audi AG was his leadership in launching a modern paint shop, recognised as one of the Volkswagen Group’s most notable start-up projects.

Lehe also holds diplomas from Harvard Business School and the Management School of St. Gallen, providing him with a foundation in business and management strategies specifically tailored for manufacturing environments.

With a proven track record of leading complex manufacturing initiatives and a deep understanding of digital transformation, Andreas brings a forward-thinking and globally informed perspective to shape the future of Bentley and uphold its commitment to excellence.
