Andreas Lehe joined Bentley Motors in September 2023 as a Member of the Board for Manufacturing, a vital role as the company embarks on one of its most transformative periods.
Under Bentley's ambitious Beyond100 strategy, Andreas is tasked with leading the site investment to transform the Crewe site into a Dream Factory. New facilities at Bentley’s carbon neutral headquarters will be integral to the brand’s preparations for Battery-Powered Electric Vehicle production and to set a new benchmark in next generation, digital, flexible and high-value manufacturing operations.
Prior to his current role, Andreas served as Head of Strategic Planning at Audi AG, where he was part of evolving Audi’s production strategies and advancing the digitisation of production and logistics across its global network. His tenure at Audi also included several key positions at Audi Mexico such as Managing Director of Production and Logistics from 2017 – 2018 and CEO - Chairman of the Board of Directors from 2019 – 2020. A highlight of his time at Audi AG was his leadership in launching a modern paint shop, recognised as one of the Volkswagen Group’s most notable start-up projects.
Andreas holds diplomas from Harvard Business School and the Management School of St. Gallen, providing him with a foundation in business and management strategies tailored for manufacturing environments.
